Seawater pumps

Steimel seawater pumps are used in the cooling circuit of high-speed and medium-speed diesel and gas engines. The pump is flanged to the engine's gearbox and driven by a gear wheel. Alternatively, it can also be driven by a belt drive. Depending on the design, the pump is self-priming. Suction and pressure connections are connected to the pipes for seawater inlet and the engine's cooling circuit via flanges or hose connections.
