Application
For process-reliable further processing, components must not only be reliably de-oiled, but also completely dried. Our systems ensure the effective removal of coolants and other residues from the surface of the workpiece. The subsequent drying ensures a transfer without residual moisture — ideally prepared for downstream production steps or safe transport.
Preparation for heat treatment (e.g. hardening or annealing)
Before thermal processes, workpieces must be completely free of cooling lubricants and residual moisture — because residues can burn at high temperatures, cause contamination and impair component quality. Our de-oiling and drying systems ensure clean, dry surfaces and thus create the basis for reproducible, error-free results in the oven process.
Packing and shipping of precision parts
When finishing turned and milled parts — for example in the automotive or hydraulic industries — a completely dry surface is crucial for corrosion protection during storage and transportation. Our systems combine effective de-oiling with targeted drying, ensuring that components can be packaged and delivered free of moisture and residues — without the risk of rust formation.
De-oiling and drying of metal chips to recover valuable materials
Machining produces metal chips that are heavily contaminated with coolants. Without prior removal of oil, their recycling is both economically and ecologically disadvantageous. Our systems reliably separate KSS residues from the chips and then ensure effective drying. The result: recovered coolants, higher sales revenues from almost dry chips, and reduced transport and disposal costs.
Drying after electroplating, washing or mass finishing
Workpieces from electroplating baths, industrial washing systems or mass finishing processes are often still wetted with residual water or process fluids. These residues must be reliably removed before further processing or storage in order to prevent corrosion, contamination or transport damage.
Our centrifuge and drying systems ensure effective yet gentle separation of liquid residues — process-reliable, energy-efficient and ideal for integration into automated manufacturing environments.
Coolant abduction
A reduced supply of coolants extends the service life of process fluids in downstream washing or mass finishing systems and contributes to the stability of the entire process chain. At the same time, it is essential that residual liquids are reliably removed from workpieces after electroplating, washing or mass finishing — for smooth further processing or safe transportation.
