Workpieces that require surface treatment after mechanical processing can — depending on the product and coating agent — be treated directly in our centrifuges. Our systems are suitable, among other things, for painting, rust protection and coating with a wide variety of media. ATEX-compliant machines are also available on request for the use of solvent-based coating agents. The entire coating process is fully automated and reliable — for consistent quality with minimal effort. The geometry of the part plays no role here: regardless of whether it is creative or not. In addition, our systems are ideally suited for both bulk materials (mass parts) and sensitive parts. Another advantage: The coated parts can be dried directly in the centrifuge — without an additional work step.

Special mountings for sensitive parts

Particularly sensitive components require extremely careful handling during the coating process in order to maintain their surface quality. Our specially developed special holders ensure secure fixation and optimal positioning — for a gentle, uniform coating without risk of damage.

Products

Our coating systems use powerful centrifuges as a central process element. The workpieces are first uniformly wetted with the coating agent by flooding the centrifuge drum. Excess material is then separated and dried by centrifuging — efficiently, gently and evenly. The ability to tilt the centrifuge also ensures particularly reliable and flexible handling. The size and type of centrifuge are precisely tailored to your specific requirements and production volumes.
