Continuous centrifuges
These centrifuges are designed for industrial applications with continuous material feed. Unlike batch centrifuges, they operate without interruption: material is fed in via conveyor technology and discharged directly into conveyors or containers. Continuous systems in combination with conveyor technology and chip breakers are particularly impressive in chip processing with uniform material and cooling lubricant – for efficient separation, minimal residual moisture and high-performance disposal in continuous operation.

Applications for swarf processing
In the following, we present two key applications in which our technology helps to increase efficiency and conserve resources.
De-oiling
Reliable removal of lubricants, emulsions and oil films that have been applied to metal chips during production — a frequently necessary preparation step for subsequent thermal or chemical further processing. You also benefit from higher recycling revenues and significantly reduced disposal costs — thanks to simple and secure logistics.
Coolant recovery
Efficient recovery of coolants from oily or moist metal chips — to significantly reduce residual moisture. dThe recovered media can be reused directly or recycled — for sustainable, environmentally friendly and cost-effective production.
Extension for automation
Below you will find products for automating continuously operating centrifuge systems — specifically developed to make processes more efficient and economical.
Types
Steimel continuous centrifuges are used for a wide range of applications. Here is a list of the types in question.

Type PERMOLEX-POLAR
The continuous chip centrifuge for recovering cooling lubricants during chip processing.
