Paint and varnish pumps
Steimel pumps for paints and varnishes are used in machines and systems for the production of paste-like and liquid printing inks. They can also be used in agitator ball mills for wet grinding of suspensions. Depending on the design, products with high solids content or pigments can be conveyed gently. The pumps are also suitable as process pumps for processing solvent-based media and adhesives.

Spray application in industrial manufacturing
Whether for small parts or large components, Steimel pumps ensure a constant delivery rate for paints, varnishes and protective coatings in spray applications. They can be flexibly integrated into automatic application systems and support both manual and robot-assisted processes.
Dip coating and roll coating of metal and wood surfaces
Steimel pumps enable continuous circulation and homogeneous distribution of coating media in dip coating and roll coating processes. This is essential for achieving a uniform surface finish on doors, façade elements, panel materials or textured metal parts.
