Prerequisite
- Currently enrolled in a study program, ideally in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field of study
- Basic knowledge of MS Office products as well as standard PC and network technology
- Interest in IT support, system administration, and IT security
- A structured, meticulous, and independent approach to work
- A strong focus on service and clear communication
- Reliability, a sense of responsibility, and discretion
- Excellent German language skills; English language skills are a plus
- Some practical experience in the IT field is welcome, but not required
Area of responsibility
- First-level support for hardware and software issues
- Setup and Issuance of Workstations, Laptops, and Mobile Devices
- Installation and Configuration of Shared Applications
- Support for user and permission management
- Maintaining IT documentation and recording and updating inventory data
- Processing and Documenting Inquiries in the Ticket System
- Performing simple functional tests and error analyses
- Support for IT projects, rollouts, and system migrations
- Handling confidential data with care and complying with our IT security policies
