| OUR MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS | ||

The number of maintenance contracts has been continuously increasing in the past years. After purchasing a centrifuge
more and more customers conclude a maintenance contract with us. This is a cost-efficient
and convenient possibility to comply with the regulations of the EN 12547 and to prolong the service life of
the machines. In order to offer our customers a maintenance service which is as cost-efficient as possible we have established maintenance areas throughout Germany. The machines of our customers are serviced at regular intervals. The accruing maintenance fees are graduated according to the number of machines and are correspondingly reduced.
